About Victory Park Estate

The concept of Victory Park Estate was born out of the success achieved on Goshen Beach Estate and the limited number of houses available to our teeming buyers there. The site is located directly behind the LSDPC’s Femi Okunnu Estate and boasts of a lagoon view. Three types of development are planned on the site:

 

1. Site and Services, which allows people to buy plots of land only and develop from our pre-determined designs.
2. Development of four (4) and five (5) bedroom semi and fully detached houses as fully residential houses, and
3. Commercial plots which allow buyers to develop anything they want.

 

This new project is being developed in two phases for ease of acquisition. The first phase is the sale of 50 plots of land on Site and Service basis, to the general public, whilst the second phase will be the provision of infrastructural facilities for the whole estate and the construction of 440 luxuriously finished housing units. The estate also offers a choice from seven (7) plots measuring approximately 1,500 sq. m each as a commercial plot.

 

This estate will be richly laid out with state of the art facilities, which include world standard lawn tennis courts, squash courts, 24 hours security services and many other communal services similar to what is presently being done at the Goshen Beach Estate.
