As a result of the success achieved on Goshen Beach Estate and the limited number of houses available for our teeming buyers we immediately conceptualized another estate similar to what we delivered on Goshen Beach Estate, only made more accessible to our buyers who were not able to buy into our Goshen Beach Estate houses, by breaking down the process of house-ownership into various stages i.e – purchases of land, choice of design and construction, and final delivery. The site for this is an expanse of land off the Lekki-Epe axis in the Eti-Osa Local Government area, which measures approximately 50 Hectares in total. This land is located directly behind the LSDPC’S Femi Okunnu Estate. This land boasts of a lagoon view and is covered by a Certificate of Occupancy.

 

This new project will be developed in two phases for ease of acquisition. The first phase will involve the construction of 214 housing units which will comprise of a mix of four (4) and five (5) bedroom detached houses as well as four (4) bedroom semi-detached houses. The second phase will be the provision of infrastructure for the whole estate and the sale of 97 plots of land as site and service to the general public comprising both residential and commercial plots. This estate will be richly laid out with state-of-the-art facilities, which include world standard lawn tennis courts, squash courts, 24 hours security services and many other communal services similar to what is presently being done at the Goshen Beach Estate.
