This Estate is located along the Lekki-Epe axis. The land located opposite Crown Estate measures approximately 105 hectares and is 12 minutes from the heart of Victoria Island . The Estate also incorporates a Mini Estate we are developing for the Foreign Service Nationals of the United States Consulate General, known as American Consulate Employees’ Housing Estate, which shall comprise of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom housing units.
